Once upon a time a little kid named Cozette stumbled upon a website called Tumblr. She had just turned 13 and didn’t really understand the internet and social media at all. Slowly she became obsessed with a fandom which she later found was called the 48fandom. Eventually she came across a group of good friends who welcomed her warmly even though they had no idea who she was ( as she was roleplaying someone at the time and they only knew her as that face claim ). Despite the hesitance at first, Cozette added them on Skype. Not wanting to reveal too much personal information like she was always taught in school she used the username ‘Sora’.
After pouring all her time into her new found friends they became close. She told them things like her real name and everyone was happy. But, slowly everyone started drifting apart and there was lots of drama happening. Still being the youngest she didn’t know what to do and could only watch as her second family broke apart along with her heart.
Remember once upon a time when a little kiddo decided to draw? She called those drawings ‘Tis beauty. Remember? No? That’s alright, she almost forgot too.
TMB48 may seem like a group of people who don’t seem very nice and won’t accept new members and have their own cliques. Emjay may seem intimidating but he’s not, he’s actually very sweet and he’s like a big brother to everyone. I personally have never spoken with Sumo but from what I hear Sumo’s very nice. I’ve been reading those confessions and it’s making me sad because I was once very close to all these people that are what originally made up TMB. Even though I’ve grown distant from these amazing people I still love them. Even though I’ve changed my name many times, I still hold the same feelings for them. I was first known as Sora, then Cozette, then Sky, some knew me as Kei, and now I’m known as Sai.
Please don’t think ill of them, I’m sure if you sent them asks about what concerns you then they will help you with all their power. I’ll do it too, even if I’m technically an ‘ex-member’. TMB is my family and I love them.
